Shipping/Refund Policy

Items can be exchanged within 5 days of order receipt. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached and in its original packaging with exception of shipping/mailing boxes. Item must be in perfect & sellable condition with original receipt. 

Production time can range from 2 to 3 weeks for non-prom pieces and 8 to 12 weeks for custom ordered prom gowns. If you need help with measurements please contact us before ordering.

Items that cannot be exchanged:

• Items marked Final Sale or For Sale as is

• Worn items

• Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

• Custom Prom Dresses

Please note that return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
